then please Clear your Cookies, Exit your browser, restart your browser, then log back into HF with the keep me logged in checkbox checked.

To clear cookies in Internet Explorer go to:
Tools -> Internet Options -> click "Delete Cookies" Button in the General Tab. YOU MUST EXIT ALL IE tabs and windows. (Exit IE COMPLETELY) Then restart IE, re-login to HF. You MUST have the keep me logged in checkbox checked when you log back in

To clear cookies in Firefox go to:
Tools -> Clear Private Data and make sure the cookies and authenticated sessions box is checked and then click on the "Clear Private Data Now" Button. To clear cookies in Safari go to:
Preferences -> Security Tab -> Click the "Show Cookies" Button then click "Remove All"
And then confirm by clicking "Remove All" again and then click "Done" YOU MUST EXIT Safari COMPLETELY after clearing cookies, re-open Safari, re-login to HF. You MUST have the Keep Me logged in checkbox checked when you log back into HF.
